The objective of the UCHM is to serve as a platform for exchange and networking for all Honorary Consuls accredited in Morocco.
The UCHM is a member of, and the main point of contact for, FICAC in the Kingdom of Morocco.
FICAC is the World Federation of Consuls, of which our Union (UCHM) is the sole member in Morocco, and as such, its privileged representative.
FICAC was founded in 1982 and holds United Nations NGO status (ECOSOC Observer Status). Its mission is to bring together consular associations from around the world.
Its objective is to support and enhance the status, legitimacy, and effectiveness of Honorary Consuls in all countries where they are accredited.
