Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions govern the registration, participation, and online payment process for the World Congress of Consuls – Annual Meeting 2025, organized by the Union of Honorary Consuls in Morocco (UCHM), taking place from October 29 to November 1, 2025 in Marrakech.

1. Purpose

These Terms outline the rights and obligations of the parties involved in the sale of services (registration, transportation, excursions, etc.) through the official registration platform hosted on uchm.ma.

2. Services Offered

The following services are available to participants depending on their selected options:

• Congress Pass (includes access to official meetings, gala dinner, and networking events)
• Airport Transfers (optional)
• Excursions for Accompanying Guests (optional)
• Additional logistical services selected via the registration form

3. Registration & Payment

• All registrations must be completed online through the official registration platform.
• Payments are made via a certified and secure payment gateway (Payzone).
• Registration is considered confirmed only after full payment is received.

4. Rates

• Early Bird: 6,500 MAD until June 1, 2025
• Regular Rate: 8,500 MAD from June 2, 2025
  Prices for additional services are clearly listed during the registration process.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: [email protected]
• Cancellations received before September 1, 2025 may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding processing fees).
• No refunds will be granted after this date.

6. Liability

UCHM shall not be held responsible for events beyond its control (e.g., flight cancellations, natural disasters, etc.) that may impact attendance.
Participants are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance.

7. Personal Data

All personal data collected is used solely for organizational purposes related to the event.

By registering online, the participant fully acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions of Sale without reservation.
