Congress Pass: 7,000 MAD (approx. 660 EUR) until July 15, 2025, then 8,500 MAD (approx. 800 EUR).
Accompanying Guest Pass: 4,000 MAD (approx. 350 EUR) until July 15, 2025, then 5,000 MAD (approx. 450 EUR).

Registration Process

The registration is divided into three key steps to ensure a smooth process:

• Step 1: Personal & Guest Information Provide your personal details and specify any accompanying guests. Choose your preferred event package and indicate dietary or logistical needs.
• Step 2: Hotel Booking & Visa Information ⁠:
  Secure your accommodation in one of our partner hotels for a smooth and comfortable stay in Marrakech. ⁠If you require a visa to enter Morocco, you will also find official resources to help you complete your visa application.

Once you complete Step 1, you will automatically be directed to Step 2 to proceed with your hotel booking and visa assistance (if needed).
